The key attributes of transformational servant leadership we want to strengthen for you as part of our eight week cohort based on integrating the topics of Working with Emotional Intelligence, Enabling Psychological Safety, Working with Radical Candor & Extreme Ownership, and Being Visionary & Empowering: Session 1:

  2. Understanding Emotional Intelligence (30 minutes)
